We had three main demos but people did get up and talk about the games they were writing and demo'd code. This was very cool and something that we definitely want to repeat.
- Programming XNA with Leaf Garland (Recording of the talk)
- What Went Wrong? A Survey of Problems in Game Development with Francisco Trindade (Recording of the talk)
- The dichotomy of Open Source and Computer Games with Steve Goodwin (Recording of the talk)
Iain has to attend an event at Nottingham University and therefore we are going to have to rearrange his talk for next year.
Francisco Trindade works as consultant at ThoughtWorks UK in London.
He has many years of experience in software development, always working with agile methodologies.
Francisco is graduated in Computer Engineering and holds a master degree in Human Computer Interaction.
Leaf Garland currently works at ThoughtWorks after wasting years in the games industry. He co-founded the XNA UK User Group mostly to blag invites to events but also because XNA is a lot of fun

One thing to say is that we would encourage anyone with something to say or show to just get up and share it.
If you want to find collaborators, start projects or just rant about creating games. Please feel free. We are also totally happy for to you mention your own events and groups.
If you have a demo to show then let us know on the night and we will help get you set up with the projector.
