Synopsis

Agile is seen as a technique that relies on the proximity of its practitioners but we believe that Agile methods are actually the best way to deliver complex products for teams in distributed centres and we're willing to try and prove it.

An evening of games and group exercises that aim to contrast Agile and Waterfall methodologies and show that Agility goes beyond a single room.
